Our Values

  • To Have Complete faith in Jesus Christ being our Lord and Savior

    • Scripture: John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”(NIV)

  • The Bible is the inspired Word of God and that by the Holy Spirit we can discern the things of God

    • Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”(KJV)

    • Scripture: 1 Corinthians 2:14 “The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.”(NIV)

  • Love ALL people in the way that God loves us. This includes being accepting individuals of every gender, sexual orientation, and race

    • Scripture: Mark 12:31 “The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."(NIV)

    • Scripture: 1 John 4:7-8 “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”(NIV)

    • Scripture: Revelation 7:9 “After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.”(NIV)

  • To avoid being judgmental towards others

    • Scripture: Matthew 7:1-6 “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.”(ESV)

    • Scripture: Romans 5:8 “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”(ESV)

  • To be a nonpartisan organization, showing no bias for or against any political party. Our focus is on God and his will for our lives, not politics

    • Scripture: Matthew 28:18 “And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.”(ESV)

  • To encourage believers even when they make mistakes

    • Scripture: 2 Corinthians 12:8-9 “Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”(ESV)

    • Scripture: 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 “May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.”(NIV)

    • Scripture: Romans 3:23-24 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.”(NIV)

  • To live in such a way that others will gain interest in Christ and avoid living hypocritically as a believer in Christ

    • Scripture: 1 Peter 2:12 “Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us.”(NIV)

    • Scripture: Romans 1: 28-32 “Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.”(NIV)
